SESJ is the largest British English School and only accredited Trinity Cert TESOL and Trinity Licentiate Diploma TESOL provider in Japan. Teaching Opportunities - Full-Time


    Benefits

  • ¥252,800-¥272,800 (Monthly-5 day per week contract)

  • Quarterly bonuses, transportation reimbursed

  • 5 day contracts

  • Approx. 26.5 contact teaching hours if a 5 day schedule

  • 50% of schedule is children's teaching

  • Weekday schedules usually 12 or 1pm to 9 or 10pm finish. Weekends usually 9 or 10am to 6 or 7pm. All new teachers work at least one regular weekend shift.

    Teacher Profile

  • Holder of a Bachelor's Degree

  • Evening shift (5 to 10pm) ¥3,000 per contact teaching hour (includes contract completion bonus)

  • Evening shifts teach Junior High School and adults

  • 9 hour shift (12 to 9pm or 1 to 10pm) ¥15,000 per shift (includes contract completion bonus)

  • 9 hour shifts teach children from 2 years old up to and including adults

  • Transportation reimbursed
